Nina Nikolich is a Swiss Entrepreneurship Program (SwissEP) Officer, Macedonian Startup Ecosystem Lead at Fund for Innovations and Technology Development (FITD) and Co-founder of Startup Macedonia.
She is a girl boss with many ambitions. You may call her storyteller, super connector, intrapreneur, international speaker & panellist, moderator, coach, and facilitator. Nina’s mission is to develop and strengthen the startup and innovation ecosystem in Northern Macedonia, as well as all over the Balkan region. As a Program Officer of the SwissEP team she has an impactful job to do and builds bridges for the local community with international experts. She has organized numerous startup events & conferences, as well as participated as a speaker and moderator. She has been mentoring startup founders, teams and impact entrepreneurs on numerous occasions through Social Impact Award, From Idea to Business Program, European Social Innovation Challenge, European Startup Universe Cyprus, even in Spanish with startups in Lima, Peru. Nina’s passion for supporting the startup community in the country & the region is truly infectious in the best way possible.
